About the project

I started The Social Awareness Project because I wanted to increase people's awareness of their ability to help others in need. Every day, I see people at school wearing clothes and shoes that cost hundreds of dollars. I like fashion as much as the next person, but I can't help but thinking about how many people we could feed for the cost of their outfits. Together, by spending differently, we have the potential to help thousands in need!
